2-Day Workshop: The purpose of this workshop is to outline the critical components of effective senior leadership for designing and supporting a lean manufacturing program and discusses characteristics of a facility that employs such a program. Best Practices and benchmarks are included n several areas. The workshop concentrates on supporting Lean initiatives in the manufacturing environment as well as some functions that are outside normal manufacturing considerations but still critical to developing a culture of continuous improvement.
